A new CBS article that was published today states: "SEC maintains 85-scholarship limit for 2025 season ahead of transformative House v. NCAA settlement."

This SEC decision to maintain football roster sizes for the 2025 season could potentially mean that other conferences and sports follow suit and not implement dramatic changes in the coming year. 

With the uncertainty of the House Settlement lingering, it is important we keep applying pressure to help provide student athletes with some stability with regards to upcoming roster limits.
