Yahoo Sports posted an article on October 25th about House vs. NCAA. There appears to be some discussion of a grandfather clause being established - "Plaintiff attorneys are “working” with the NCAA and power leagues for solutions, Berman said, including a transitional period in which those currently on a roster are grandfathered into the system."

2) Reach out to attorney Tom Wiegand an attorney with MoloLamken.  He and his team are working on an objection right now.  If they can hear from you and how this is impacting your family it could be very beneficial.
