2026 UPDATE ON THIS PETITION

Hello everyone interested in supporting this petition or whom have supported it,

My apologies for the delay in an update I've not given up but we lost our fight and the blow has taken some time to come to terms with,  and this petition was promised to be displayed on the website designated by the government for this matter but it never was and I lost confidence that we hadn't all been set up to be made to believe that this matter was going to be addressed because I can nolonger find that website nor have I heard anything from the opposition about any progress or conclusions. 

I will endeavour to fight this even though this petition seems to have failed to achieve anything 😔

I will also be trying to set in place support options for those wrongfully accused or arrested for DV they didn't do and were still forced to see out time on an fvo or in jail for it. This would be to support them finding work with false accusations or records over their heads -which is where we are personally now, as in my attempts to fill out paperwork and this petition I've also been blacklisted as something bad making work ect impossible.  It's the system to have lied and let us down not us doing anything wrong at all the entire time. From the Judges, to the lawyers, the cops, support groups or housing services they all ignore the evidence and mislabel us making recovery and life in general excruciating.

It's not right to do this to us nor to anyone else forced through this garbage.

Innocent is supposed to mean you don't get blacklisted or punished but I will never again believe being innocent (or even having a suitcase full of evidence to prove you are innocent) will be enough to save anyone ever again. 

Yes, DV is serious and needs addressing too but blowing up innocent families and arresting and punishing innocent men is NOT the way to do it. I'll never forget how the courts and cops and lawyers lied in court and were allowed to but I was harmed many ways and ignored for telling the truth and proving it, it's sickening.

Not one person stepped up for us or did their jobs. They were all immensely self serving and seriously corrupt. 

Each and every option out there has left us to rot in the mess our own government caused. It's disgusting and byound wrong. 

I haven't got a clue why this petition was lost or misused by the government or why the website has vanished - it has been my recent experience they only want the appearance of fixing this but anyone or any case that shows too much of the depths they have let their people down gets branded as too much and erased. I was forced to include the stories of women whom had partners wrongfully accused and taken away that lost unborn babies from the stress of it and that many witnesses have also been abused by cops to keep them quite or to have an injury they could blame on the one they were accusing (making up false evidence) so perhaps that's why it was never publicly posted as promised but I merely told the sick damaging facts of this matter, it's not our fault it's seen as, too much, we never deserved nor asked for all this. This is a complete entire systematic mess up not the innocent people hurt by it or speaking up about it. 

However, I wanted to update those of you that I've not abandoned the fight.

No matter how the other side lie or ignore, I'll forever fight this because punishing the innocent for the actions of the bad will NEVER be the solution to the issue. 

I'll try to keep you all updated on anything moving forward and you all might be interested in the expose' book on the matter coming to independent release soon (that will also, finally, include the written essay and petition originally ment to be accessible to the public on the now missing website that I submitted to the government to try and address this matter) 

This isn't over and I'm not staying quiet.   

All the best to all whom tried to help and supported this petition and especially to all to have had suffered this kind of hell of being wrongfully accused or had a loved one wrongfully accused. It is wrong and it is hell and you are not the only ones out there that go through this or believe it's evil as heck. It's not your imagination no matter what the bad say about the matter. They just want us to self doubt so we'll go away and their MASSIVE mess ups get burried.
