Dear Mirror Lake Residents,

I hope this message finds you well. We wanted to provide you with an important update regarding the upcoming HOA meeting scheduled for October 1st.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to encourage participation and address the matters outlined in the petition, we have not received the level of response and commitment required to proceed with the meeting as planned. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the meeting scheduled for October 1st.

We understand that the issues raised in the petition are of great importance to our community, and we remain committed to addressing them effectively. The cancellation of this meeting does not signify a halt to our efforts. Instead, we will be exploring alternative ways to engage our community members and work towards resolving the concerns outlined in the petition.

We encourage all residents who are passionate about these issues to reach out to the HOA board or attend any future meetings that may be scheduled. Your input and involvement are crucial to the success of our community, and we value your participation.
