Today, friends and family gathered to celebrate the life of Kellie Williams — the experienced diver struck and killed by a boat off Mizell -Johnson State park while carrying a dive flag. It was a beautiful service, with BSO and HPD marine units patrolling waters while snorkelers honored her memory safely at the Jax reef.
Her memory deserves more than words. Let's turn it into change.
The FSWC brings together groups like ours — uniting local boundary advocates, reef conservationists, and boating safety supporters at both the county and state level.
