=> In many regions around the world where Hindus are a minority—such as Bangladesh, West Bengal, and Pakistan—there are distressing reports of harassment, violence, and even forced religious conversion. People in these areas live under the constant threat of persecution, with cases of harassment, murder, rape, and religious conversion campaigns orchestrated to target these vulnerable communities. These acts not only violate fundamental human rights but also threaten the cultural and religious identity of entire communities.

As someone who is deeply concerned about the safety and security of Hindu minorities, for me this issue transcends borders. Observing the narrative that unfairly paints minorities in places like India while obscuring the harsh realities faced by Hindus in other nations is worrying. This is not fiction; it’s happening. Take, for instance, the horrific realities that some media hide—the conversion of Hindu girls, attacks on temples, and other atrocities that are often unreported or underreported.

My family could be next. The fear of having a loved one become a victim is very real. Knowing that active groups and political entities may exploit these situations to push their agendas is frightening. Cases such as those involving illegal conversion gangs, including the infamous 'Jhingur Baba' and instances of 'Love Jihad', make the threat palpable, even personal.

We cannot stay silent. These injustices must be brought to light, and the voices of Hindu minorities must be amplified. Urgent international attention and support are needed to safeguard these communities and ensure their rights are protected.

1. Pressure international governments and human rights organizations to investigate these claims and take punitive measures against nations or groups found guilty of these injustices.
2. Implement systems to record and report incidents of harassment or violence more accurately.
3. Create educational campaigns to counter misinformation and spread awareness about the plights of minority Hindus.

=> यह एक गंभीर सच्चाई है कि बांग्लादेश, पाकिस्तान और पश्चिम बंगाल जैसे क्षेत्रों में, जहाँ हिंदू अल्पसंख्यक हैं, लगातार उत्पीड़न, हिंसा और जबरन धर्मांतरण की घटनाएँ सामने आती रहती हैं। इन इलाकों में रहने वाले हिंदू परिवार लगातार डर के साए में जीते हैं—उनका उत्पीड़न, हत्या, बलात्कार, और ‘धर्मांतरण अभियान’ समुदाय की सांस्कृतिक और धार्मिक पहचान के लिए सीधा खतरा बन गया है।

 

मौजूदा हालात और तथ्य

 

- बांग्लादेश में हिंदू आबादी 1951 में 22% थी—2025 तक यह घटकर लगभग 8% रह गई है। दशकों से सफाया, नरसंहार, और मंदिरों पर हमले हुए हैं[5]।

- अकेले अगस्त 2024 के भीतर, सैकड़ों हिंदू घरों, व्यापार व मंदिरों पर हमले किये गए; दर्जनों लोगों की हत्या, लूटपाट, बलात्कार और जबरन पलायन हुआ।

- पाकिस्तान में भी हिंदू नाबालिग लड़कियों का अपहरण कर जबरन धर्मांतरण और निकाह के असंख्य मामले हर साल सामने आते हैं।

- अक्सर पुलिस व प्रशासन पर निष्क्रियता के आरोप लगते हैं, कई बार अपराधियों को सजा नहीं मिलती और अल्पसंख्यकों की दशा आवाज़ रहित हो जाती है।

 

 वैश्विक चिंता की आवश्यकता

 

इस परिस्थिति में अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय, मानवाधिकार संगठन और दुनिया की सरकारें—सबको इन मामलों की जांच कर दोषी देशों व संगठनों पर दंडात्मक कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए।  

स्थानीय प्रशासन को हमलों की सत्य रिपोर्टिंग और दोषियों पर कड़ी कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करनी होगी।  

गलत सूचना और मीडिया के बहाने अल्पसंख्यकों की त्रासदी को दबाने वालों के ख़िलाफ़ जागरूकता और शिक्षा अभियान चलाना जरूरी है।

“मेरे लिए यह मुद्दा केवल एक देश या सीमा तक सीमित नहीं—यह हर इंसान की सुरक्षा से जुड़ा है। आज जो मेरे देशवासी भुगत रहे हैं, कल यह मेरे परिवार के साथ भी हो सकता है। जब तक अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर आवाज़ नहीं उठेगी, इन समुदायों की पीड़ा अनदेखी-कमतर होती रहेगी।”

 

बदलाव के लिए कदम

 

1. अंतरराष्ट्रीय सरकारों और मानवाधिकार संगठनों से सख्त जांच और दोषियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग।

2. सब घटनाओं की निष्पक्ष रिपोर्टिंग व मॉनिटरिंग के लिए स्वतंत्र तंत्र बनाएं।

3. मीडिया, सामाजिक मंचों और शिक्षा के माध्यम से सही जानकारी फैलाएं और हिंदू अल्पसंख्यकों की आवाज़ बुलंद करें।
