We're Suing The City

My name is Chris Little. I'm one of the thousands of concerned citizens holding the City of Rancho Cucamonga accountable for ignoring our pleas and unanimously voting to increase the density in the Etiwanda Heights neighborhood. 

We gathered some people together put up some money and hired a landuse attorney to sue the City in an effort to get the density reduced. They used an Environmenta Impact Report for 3,000 homes and have applied it to 6,000 units. That's one of the arguments in our lawsuit. We've advanced past 2 motions to dismiss. Our next court date is October 30th.

We have created a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) called the Rancho Cucamonga Preservaton Society. Lots of informaton at preserveRC.org.
