In a unanimous vote, your Rancho Cucamonga city council voted YES to approve increased density within Etiwanda Heights. 

As a result, a coalition of residents know as the “Rancho Cucamonga Preservation Society” has been formed to bring a lawsuit challenging the City of Rancho Cucamonga over its approval of the amendment to increase density in the Etiwanda Heights Neighborhood & Conservation Plan. We are not against the 2,700-3,000 homes already planned, we are against the doubling of those numbers.
