Something crucial is happening, and your voice is needed now.

The U.S. House of Representatives is considering an appropriations bill, H.R. 9171, which could significantly weaken protections for endangered species such as the iconic grizzly bear and the wolf.

Here's how to take action right now:

1.     Make a quick phone call or send an email to your Representative directly and ask them to vote no on HR 9171. A few minutes of your time can make an enormous difference for animals who have no voice and no choice. Find your Representative here.

2.    Sign and share this petition.

To fight for endangered animals, many of them keystone species whose survival holds entire ecosystems together, is both our responsibility for the intelligent beings we share this planet with, and a reflection of where our priorities truly lie.

These animals have a right to exist. A right to live in freedom.

No species exists in isolation. We live in an interdependent, interconnected world. Remove one being, and the entire system begins to shift, often in ways we don't immediately see.

Species like the grizzly bear and the wolf have been evolving and sustaining life on Earth for millions of years. We, humans, are among the youngest species on this planet. We have a great deal to learn from the beings we share it with.

There is an African proverb that says, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."

Together, we can go far.
