Hello Everyone -

Great news! Per Emeryville's Assistant City Planner: "The January 23, 2025 Planning Commission is CANCELLED as Tesla has withdrawn their application for their proposed Collision Center (UP24-002) at 1295 67th Street."

Thanks to all who recognized the harm this center would have brought to our shared environment, signed the petition, and voiced their concern to the Planning Commission. It was wonderful to see the community come together to protect the health, safety, and welfare of Emeryville.
