Thanks to our collective efforts, the Sacramento City Council is moving forward and the Law and Legislation Committee will be reviewing our petition and the viability of repealing the comic book code on November 18, 2025 at 11:00am PST!

Several local media outlets have recently covered the story including Sacramento-region's CBS affiliate and PBS KVIE's Abridged.

I want to that both the City Council members Caity Maple and Phil Pluckebaum for their efforts in moving this forward for consideration. If you live in Sacramento, I hope you'll advocate for this repeal to your council member and help get this old law eliminated.
