Complaint has been put on hold after the investigation concluded "no breaches in Standards of Professional Behaviour have been identified."
Dismissing my concerns and providing minimal insight - and a refferal to SAR.
SAR cannot be given with information until it is closed. So for now - we strive for reform and change here.
