To clarify - and respond to comments - 

The school could not manage my son - I was at work and was after an incident the day before - response above.

9:59 I had a missed call
10:14 Call stating police were on way
10:31 - email stating police were with him.

The school had not been given information from primary - another issue I'm tackling.

The police deny what I witnessed currently and remain at the stance my complaints are dismissed no breach of conduct found - while near 4 months later I am still unaware of what actually happened.

School provided statements of blame prior to police arrival - then nothing further.
This has been challenged -no restraint forms, deescalation tactics etc were logged and I felt it dehumanised the situation
