Protect Canadians First—Not Last

The Issue

We demand immediate action to prioritize Canadians in federal policy. This includes:

  • Fiscal responsibility and reduced wasteful spending
  • Affordable housing for working families and seniors
  • Justice reform to protect victims and communities
  • Compassionate, accountable addiction recovery programs
  • Sustainable immigration policies that don’t burden taxpayers

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 I’m a Canadian parent, grandparent, and taxpayer—and I’ve had enough. My children and grandchildren are struggling to afford homes, feel safe in their communities, and access meaningful support. Seniors are being sidelined. Working families are stretched thin. Vulnerable Canadians are falling through the cracks.

💸 Meanwhile, our government continues to spend billions on symbolic international programs, inflated bureaucracy, and performative gestures that do nothing to help Canadians. We see incompetence in spending, a lack of transparency, and a disturbing disregard for the real struggles of everyday families.

🌍 I want to be clear: I’m not against immigration. I have many immigrant friends who contribute deeply to our communities. But immigration must be financially sustainable. We cannot continue to welcome newcomers without ensuring they—and the Canadians already here—have access to housing, healthcare, and opportunity. Responsible immigration policy means protecting everyone’s future, not sacrificing one group for another.

⚖️ If this continues, we risk losing the very foundation of our country: safe communities, affordable housing, and a justice system that protects victims. Our children and grandchildren deserve better than debt, addiction, and fear. But if we act now, we can restore fiscal responsibility, prioritize recovery and safety, and build a future where Canadians come first—not last.

⏰ Canadians are speaking up—and I’m one of them. This petition is a call to action for every taxpayer, parent, and citizen who’s had enough. We must demand change before another generation is lost to government neglect and misplaced priorities.

💖 I’m doing this not only for my children and grandchildren, but for all Canadian children and grandchildren—for every family who feels forgotten, overburdened, or left behind.

It’s time to protect Canadians first—not last.
