Great news — we officially have a consultation scheduled with a local attorney to move forward with legal action against the City of Bunnell. This is the next major step in challenging The Reserve at Haw Creek after the City missed Florida’s 180-day deadline before approving it.

The consultation fee is $500, and we’re working hard to raise the remaining funds needed for the full case.
