The Government is tightening the rules on what schools can feed children

New school food standards will place tougher restrictions on foods high in salt and fat, while existing government guidance already limits processed meat such as sausages and bacon to once a week in primary school breakfast provision.

So why are hospitals still serving processed meat to patients?

Processed meat is classified as carcinogenic to humans. Hospitals should be helping people recover, not serving foods known to cause cancer. Please keep signing and sharing our petition demanding its removal from British hospitals.
