They weren’t at the school board meeting on Thursday, September 26, 2024, when a chilling proposal echoed through the halls. 

A board member wants to label children as “terrorists” 

Instead of the board writing a policy to protect children's privacy that is being violated in Avon Grove School District, Mr. Wood is busy having conversations with government officials about labeling children -as terrorists. 

This is not just a case of misplaced priorities; it's a call to arms for every parent who values their child’s privacy and dignity! Ask yourself - who is the real terrorist?

It’s time for parents to rise and shine a light on this madness—because if we don’t stand together, we WILL turn our schools into a battleground instead of a haven for learning. 

They will continue to ignore your child’s constitutional rights to safety and privacy in the bathroom and locker rooms as long as you remain silent. 

Let’s not allow the real terrorists—those who threaten our children's rights and well-being—to win!

The Boyertown Case - it's completely irrelevant. The district still references specific legal protections to gender identity, and Title IX violations as breaking the law. The district conveniently forgot about other laws - the supreme law of Pennsylvania. 

The PA Constitution has privacy protections based on sex and not gender identity. 

Are they ready to be sued? 

The district's apparent disregard raises serious concerns about their commitment to upholding your child's constitutional rights.

We must demand accountability and advocate to protect our children's rights and well-being. Consistent attendance at all school board meetings is mandatory if you want change to happen.
