According to responses from certain board members, a handful of students have more rights than 99% of the 5,000 students enrolled in the district. 

The school is using the Boyertown case OPINION...which is NOT law as an excuse to violate the Rights of the People of Pennsylvania.  The case did not even argue any Rights of the People. 

They violate the PA Constitution and for Constitutional violations, they can not claim ignorance.  They have been notified and tonight they will be put on notice again publicly.  They WILL BE HELD LIABLE.
