The Prospect Heights Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals (PZBA) is having a special meeting on the Lexington Homes application for the development of the Muir Park area is today, July 30th at 7 pm, on zoom. This is the follow-up to the meeting on July 9th.
At the meeting this evening (a) Lexington probably will make further presentations in support of its application; (b) our attorney will be given the opportunity to ask follow-up questions; (c) the public probably will be given the opportunity to comment on additional information/documents provided by Lexington and the city since the last meeting and (d) depending on how the meeting unfolds, the planning/zoning may or may not vote whether to recommend approval or disapproval of the application today.
We'll have to wait and see what happens, but please help show the public's opposition by attending the meeting. There were over 120 participants last meeting, and it would be great if we could have as many people, if not more, participate in the meeting tonight.
