For years Steven M Rodgers in Cleveland Ohio has abused and neglected his domestic dogs ( one black dog, a st bernard, and a great dane)

in 2018 the great danes skull is found in the backyard of steven rodgers, (police report made) 

in 2019-2021 the St bernard, is left outside all year round with no food no shelter. its living habit is covered with feces in the yard.

After being reported to the animal police, the investigating officer did nothing to protect these animals, the officers were never allowed in the property to complete the wellness check and the living habit of the animals. Through community awareness and social media a small town community of concerned citizens reached out to Ed Garek of fox news. On dec 24 2021 the animal police conducted another wellness check on the animals, it is discovered that during the APL investigation that started june 13 2021  the st.bernard is allowed to be euthanized at the owners request in sept of 2021. Again after multiple reports of animal abuse from the community the animal police and the apl refuse to charge this man with animal abuse. The owner should be in prison and never allowed to be around or own animals.

No matter the cost, we will not let this man get away with abusing these animals, the neighbors that live near this house smell dog flesh rotting and feces. the city has cited this house twice for disgusting living environment. we have records to show and prove that the animals were treated properly and the apl and animal police conducted poor investigations. warning, the pictures you see are considered sensitive and disturbing.
