Replace 2nd Amendment with:

 - The right of the people to privacy, and agency over own body and mind, shall not be infringed. Corporations and similar legal entities are not people. Unborn fetuses are not people. Conscious, self-conscious, or otherwise intelligent beings shall be granted the same dignity as the people.


New 28th Amendment:

 - Healthcare, Welfare, and housing are fundamental human rights and shall be provided directly to the people by the United States. All commercial and non-commercial activities shall be regulated as not to infringe upon these and other human rights, in the United States or abroad.


New 29th Amendment:

 - Immigration is recognized as one of the foundational pillars of the United States, and the dignity and well-being of immigrants, lawful or unlawful, shall drive and determine any and all legislative or policy efforts.


New 30th Amendment:

 - The President of the United States shall be elected directly by the people. Any Citizen of the United States that satisfies all other requirements is eligible to the Office of President.
