Please propose a community General hospital for nuerodiverse people/ children and  adults with profound autism, people with disabilities and deaf/ hard of hearing people, a multiresource and assistance center for  neurodiverse care, for  nuerodiverse children and adults/children and adults with profound autism, children and adults with disabilities as well as deaf and hard of hearing children and adults that will have a zero tolerance policy towards , restraints,  violence, and skin shock device therapy that is  sensory friendly, equipped with a staff that is trained to provide care that meets the needs of  children and adults with disabilities, as well as nuerodiverse children or adults/ children and adults with profound autism , and deaf/ hard of hearing children and adults Advanced equipment with an emergency department that has an emergency urgent care and an emergency minor care unit apart from the emergency department to improve wait times in waiting rooms , with a  Behavioral Health inpatient care unit and respite Behavioral Health inpatient care  unit and doctors offices with an intermediate care unit,which includes private rooms for patients with  family members, or relatives that will stay with the patient, a critical care unit, a cancer  inpatient  care unit and a behavioral outpatient care unit area in the Emergency department and trauma area that meets the needs of kids and adults with developmental disabilities, nuerodiverse children and adults and children and adults with profound autism all designed for people that cannot handle a regular hospital environment due to noise and light sensitivity, and also mentoring support inpatient care unit and partial day out patient care apart from the Behavioral Health inpatient care unit, for patient who go through mild behavioral health crisis and have a  disability or are deaf and don't need full Behavioral Health inpatient care but still need partial inpatient care,With professional medical care and services. This hospital will also include a combined EMS and behavioral health clinician intervention team that is specialized or trained in assisting individusls with disabilities, autism or death and hard of hearing individuals which will respond and provide behavioral health crisis services and screenings on scene. It will also house a separte sector Western Massachusetts Multi Assistance center which will provide social services like   Home visiting nurses, Caring Nurses, Mentors, caregiver services, rehabilitation services /center and lawyer services, and a separate facility for a access center which will provide a  recreational  place where they can learn social skills, have friends, have sports for them, learn swimming skills, survival skills, help them with homework and college, and learning, offer counseling, and educational coaches, give them a place to go after school and provide transportation from school,home, or college to the facility, a gym for sports, and recreation  and also a gym for exercise,  a big kitchen to teach culinary skills and and an agriculture and gardening area. This proposed project will also include a village of  houses to rent built to meet the needs of  adults and Children with disabilities, profound autism , as well as  deaf and hard of hearing adults & children and  neurodiverse adults and children that want to learn to live independently or want to start making future plans to live independently.  Hospital's mission and slogan ( To create an inclusive community and Healthcare environment for neurodiverse people, people with disabilities, profound autism and deaf and hard of hearing people ). This Hospital will have a partnership with all health insurance practices which means many will not need to switch practices, providers and be worried of being charged with a heafty bill after a precedure or appointment because health insurance is not accepted.
