A Path to Lasting Peace: Call for a Neutral Guarantor to Facilitate Israeli–Palestinian Relations
Petition to the United Nations and the International Community

The Issue
We, the undersigned, call upon the international community and the United Nations to urgently adopt a bold, legally grounded framework for lasting peace between the State of Israel and the State of Palestine. This model introduces the role of a Neutral Guarantor State - a nation (or group of nations) with no direct territorial, religious, or geopolitical interest in the region - to serve as an impartial diplomatic intermediary between both parties.

This proposal respects the sovereignty and self-determination of both peoples. It does not override governance or territorial claims, but rather creates a trustworthy channel for managing foreign policy, security communication, and de-escalation - areas where previous mediation efforts have failed due to perceived or actual bias.

Unlike past approaches shaped by asymmetrical power dynamics, this model is legally rooted in international diplomacy norms, informed by history, and driven by empathy and justice. It is pragmatic, peaceful, and neutral - the three qualities needed for any durable solution.

 
Why It’s Different
Past peace processes - Oslo, Camp David, the Quartet - failed largely due to mediators with vested interests, lack of enforcement power, or political pressure. This proposal introduces:

• A non-aligned, third-party state (or coalition)
• A binding, long-term diplomatic framework
• Respect for both Israeli and Palestinian narratives and autonomy
• Accountability mechanisms rooted in international law
   

Our Core Beliefs

Every human life has equal value!
Peace is not a favour, it’s a human right!
Diplomacy must be decolonized, demilitarized, and rebalanced!
Both Israelis and Palestinians deserve peace, dignity, and security!

This initiative is rooted in deep respect for both the Israeli and Palestinian people - their histories, traumas, and aspirations. I am not a politician or celebrity. I am a global citizen, a former student of law and international relations, and a firm believer that neutral diplomacy can offer what weapons and dominance never will: a future.
