3. Increased PTO and Sick Leave: Offer more paid time off and flexible sick leave policies to ensure employees can take necessary breaks and manage their health without financial stress.

4. Workplace Benefits: Enhance workplace benefits to include comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, and wellness programs to support overall well-being.

5. Flexible Leave Policies: Implement flexible leave policies that accommodate diverse needs, such as parental leave, caregiving responsibilities, and personal development opportunities.
