My struggle of enduring isolation, accusations, and mistreatment based on my race is a vivid reminder of the pressing need for societal change. In a society that prides itself on unity in diversity, it is disheartening that racial differences are often not celebrated but rather used as a ground for discrimination. Respect for equal rights and diversity is a cornerstone of every progressive community. 

Various researches suggest that indulging in racial discrimination has harmful effects on the targeted groups. The American Psychological Association indicates that racial discrimination can cause a range of physical and mental health problems that can lead to decreased life expectancy. It's imperative to understand the need of the hour and ensure the implementation of practices that foster diversity and prohibit any form of racial discrimination. 

The right to equality is a fundamental principle of human rights law, as stated by the United Nations. It's about treating everyone with fairness, dignity, and respect, regardless of their race or ethnicity. Hence, our endeavour should be to actively promote equal rights and accept diversity as our strength.
