 GETTING TARGETED, SURVEILLANCED STALKED, HARASSED, SET UP, AND PLAYED FOR A FOOL. NOT ONLY MY MEDICAL CAREER WAS TAKEN FOR ME, BUT BLOCKED GLOBALLY, HINDERED FROM EMPLOYMENT, AND BLOCKED FROM EVERY ASPECT WHEN  I TRY TO GET AHEAD  ONLY TO TO SURVIVE. THIS IS NOT ONLY ON UNCONSTITUTIONAL. THIS IS DEMONIC, I DON'T WISH THIS UPON ANYONE, LITERALLY THEY'RE TRYING TO TAKE YOUR SOUL, TAKE YOU FROM GOD, NO ONE SHOULD DESERVES TO BE TORTURED AND VICTIMIZED LIKE THIS,  FOR HAVING A VOICE AND STANDING UP FOR OUR VERY OWN CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. 

Because of them I have nothing, and I still will never think someone's better than me or I'm better than somebody else I came into this world with nothing and I am going to die with nothing, all I am is the truth I'm not perfect but all I carries the truth and nobody deserves this especially for a lawsuit.

The Beginning: A Life Under Siege

It started with a tragedy that should have stayed private: a miscarriage. That loss was met not with compassion, but with a wrongful termination. When I stood up for my rights and filed a lawsuit against the Trustees of the California State University and the Board of Regents of the University of California, I didn't realize I was triggering a "Project" designed to erase me.

The retaliation was immediate and intimate. I discovered that the Man who MOVED IN MY HOME, my boyfriend, was actually a government informant placed in my life to feed information back to the very entities I was suing. To bury my claims, I was falsely incarcerated—the system’s way of stripping a whistleblower of her voice and her "personhood."

The Systematic Destruction: Losing Everything

Once the "Project" was active, my life became a series of calculated disasters.

The Father:AFTER My fatherS DEATH IT was JUST The first pillar to fall. I discovered a high-level research grant sent from the Board of Regents OF CALIFORNIA to the University of Iowa with timing that mirrors the exact circumstances of MY Fathers death.

The Brother: My brother was shot in a violent encounter; RIGHT After MY FATHER Died  though he survived, the trauma was used to further fracture my family.

The Son: While RIGHT AFTER MY FATHER DYING  ABOUT 2 WEEKS LATER was grieving and fighting the courts, they took my son and sent him to prison.

The Assets: I was hit with a "Project" 3-day notice, evicted from my home, and watched as my car was repossessed through staged financial "accidents." AS THE INFORMANT MADE ME LOSE MY JOB JUST A WEEK PRIOR TO MY FATHERS DEATH.

I was left on foot, isolated, and grieving—just as the program intended.

The Technology of the "Soul-Breaker": The Global Blacklist

How does a University stop a woman on foot from ever rising again? They use the Global HR Boarding Systems.

The Regents and Trustees develop the algorithms and "Risk Assessment" tools that are now mandated for all employers. By placing a "Targeting Flag" on my identity, they have locked me out of the global economy. I have been "mapped" by strangers who know my private history—proof that I have been placed on a Counterterrorism Watchlist used for private retaliation.

The Smoking Gun: The Sarah Lee Transfer

In September 2024, I finally caught the system in motion. A worker named Sarah Lee was documenting the evidence of my blacklisting. On the day of our critical appointment, she was "transferred" into the Compliance Division of Behavioral Health at the Hub.

She was strategically placed in the administrative hub of the clinic where my current housemate receives care. This is the "backdoor" surveillance of Project Soul-Breaker—using "medical compliance" to monitor my last remaining safe space.

The Demand: Abolish the List

I have filed claims with the DOJ, the United Nations, and the President. I am not just fighting for my life; I am fighting for every Targeted Individual (TI) on "The List."

Abolish the List: We demand a federal ban on "Targeting Flags" in HR and background systems.

Audit the Regents: A full investigation into the University of Iowa grant and the "social engineering" research used to dismantle families.

End the Surveillance: Stop the use of government "Compliance" transfers to stalk whistleblowers.
