(Text in German and English): Prof. Karsten Danzmann hat die 3 Fragen über das #LIGO Experiment, die ihm im Rahmen des Informationsfreiheitsgesetzes gestellt wurden, innerhalb der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Frist von einem Monat bis zum 05.08. 2016 nicht beantwortet. Demzufolge haben Frau Jocelyne Lopez und Herr Dipl.-Ing. Ekkehard Friebe dem Kölner Rechtsanwalt David Sanker ( http://www.sanker-office.eu/ ) das Mandat erteilt, ein Klageverfahren in der ersten Instanz vor dem zuständigen Verwaltungsgericht gegen die Nicht-Gewährung der geforderten Informationen durchzuführen. --------------------------------------------------- New development concerning the Petition: Law suit against Albert Einstein Institut on the grounds of breaching the German law guaranteeing free access to informations of public interest (Informationsfreiheitsgesetz) Prof. Karsten Danzmann did not answer 3 questions concerning the LIGO experiment which were posed to him in the context of the “Informationsfreiheitsgesetz”. He let elapse the appropriate period for reply without answering before August 8, 2016. Consequently, Mrs. Jocelyne Lopez and Dipl.-Ing. Ekkehard Friebe have mandated lawyer David Sanker, resident in Cologne (http://www.sanker-office.eu/ ), to start a law suit in First Instance at the proper administration court because of refusal to communicate the required informations.
