We, the undersigned artists and business leaders in the music and media world, hereby lend our voice, our platform, and our name to support the development of Music, IP-centric solutions in the era of AI. 

We believe that it is imperative to drive more attention around the issue of responsible AI with Senators, Governors, Federal agencies and Department of Justice (DOJ) committee leaders.

We call on policymakers to take the following actions:

1. Enact legislation that makes it illegal to use AI to create unauthorized copies of copyrighted and derivative works.
2. Forge strong public-private partnerships that bring long-term solutions and empower IP owners.
3. Immediately pass the bill S.4875 - NO FAKES Act of 2024, also known as ‘The No Fakes Act.’
