More Cheating From Waitrose?

I have heard that certain branches of Waitrose have taken to cheating customers by delivering short orders, i.e. They leave out SUBSTANTIAL parts of an order(£10+by value) and then lie about it and refuse a refund. I know this company is struggling but they CANNOT make profits by STEALING!
