Murderer and paedophile Thomas John Park, jailed for the murder and sexual assault of Sharon Lester and her 2 year old daughter Jade, is due to be released to an open prison in 2021, with the view to be released into the public in 2023. I am requesting that the government and relevant services, look at the dangers this individual poses to women and children in society, with a view to never allowing this person to ever be released from prison for his vicious crimes against two innocent individuals, one of just 2 years of age. This Individual should be given a 'Whole Life Term', as the strain on public services to monitor such a dangerous individual, would not only offer the potential for the probability in favour of further risks to the public, but would be virtually impossible to monitor the extent were such risks can be eradicated. On this basis, it would only be fair to ask that such removal of future risks to the public, be sought by means of a whole life term.
