Real lives - real people - real impact

We've been quiet on here recently  - we've been busy... Last week we had 10 new members approach our founder and Director, Cathryn Watters for individual mentorship and support. All of them were struggling with their mental health. One lady described how her referral was from an abusive ex partner - using the referral process as one last chance to cause harm. Another described a 30 year career and now a group of colleagues raising concerns about behaviour never before brought into question. Another fearful of deportation before the NMC begin investigation because they have lost their sponsored job and unlikely to gain another whilst NMC process is ongoing. At NMCWatch we support, guide and nurture these people in the absence of anywhere else being able to. We don't make judgements, we believe everyone no matter what has happened deserves support.
