Today we launched our first official campaign

We have been working hard to gather data on numbers of referrals to the NMC from all the Trusts around the UK

It's been emotional....

We have been shocked by the lack of transparency around employers gathering this data and the variations between numbers that the employer provide and numbers that the NMC provide.

We make no judgements on those trusts with higher referral rates that others, but hope to spark good debate and discussion to hopefully lead to better governance around this issue.
