Reasons to Support a Remaster of the "Prince of Persia: Sands of Time" Trilogy for PC/PS5/Xbox/Switch2

For years, the community has been eagerly awaiting the return of one of the most legendary action-adventure series in gaming history. After countless delays, it is now a bitter reality: the planned remake has been officially canceled. After all this time waiting, fans are left empty-handed.

We cannot and will not just accept this! If we aren't getting a ground-up remake, we are now demanding the bare minimum: A remastered trilogy of the original "Sands of Time" series for PC and all current consoles!

Why we demand this remaster now:

 The absolute minimum for the fans: Following the cancellation of the remake, a remastered collection is the only logical, feasible, and fair step forward. It is time for the community to stop being ignored.

 Classics on modern hardware: The original games are timeless masterpieces that are barely playable on modern systems today without endless troubleshooting. A remaster would bring updated resolutions, stable performance, and optimized textures—whether on PC, home consoles, or handheld mode on the go.

 Preserving gaming history: A completely new generation of players currently has no accessible way to experience these milestones. A modern release bridges this gap and secures the Prince's legacy for the future.

 A clear signal to the publisher: A successful remaster will prove just how vibrant and loyal the Prince of Persia fanbase truly is. It will show that this legendary franchise still has a bright future ahead.

The remake has been scrapped—so give us at least the originals back in a worthy, modernized form! We are not demanding a grueling, years-long development process that ends up stuck in production hell, but a practical and honest step: Bring the original trilogy with stable performance to modern platforms.
