In Pakistan, cruelty to animals is widespread. Animals suffer serious abuse because there is no implementation of existing law which itself is not sufficient to counter the crimes against animals. There is an urgent need of amendment in prevention of animal cruelty to animals act of Pakistan and its strict implementation.
