AVA, NPARKS, ACRES - Where is Chippy?

It is now more than three weeks since Chippy was seized from the Park. ACRES have lots of photos and videos of various rescues but nothing about Chippy other than the oft repeated joint press release of 3 weeks ago which is not informative at all, but merely an excuse blame the family. I fear that either he is not at ACRES or that something bad has happened to him.
