Chippy's last Image

I have not given up asking questions about Chippy and have another link here http://www.thepetitionsite.com/245/519/207/where-is-chippy-the-tame-monkey-is-he-still-alive/ Not one of the agencies has answered anyone. If Chippy is still alive I would be very surprised and I don't think any of those agencies believe anyone has a right to know. Shocking behaviour. This is the last image seen of Chippy. Poor little soul.
