Chippy needs an answer

Only today I have been reading about the verbal and physical abuse that both Madam Prema and Chippy have suffered in the park from some people. This is totally unacceptable and is a major factor in requiring sanctuary for this small lone monkey. There is still only silence from Singapore authorities.
