Harsher Penalties.

 

We see a Continued pattern in Sex Offenders being released, and re-offending.

Then being given a low Sentence.

Here is a current example, 

A serial child sex offender, who went on the run after cutting off his electronic monitoring tag and was later allowed to move within a kilometre of a daycare centre, has seen his prison term reduced.

 

How is that repeat Offenders are given Chance after Chance, leaving the Communities and there Children at constant Risk.

This is Not Suitable. This is a Failure of Duty Of Care !

And needs Urgent Attention, by All in Position or Power to address this very Serious and Life threatening Issue.

We are requesting HARSHER PENALTIES for these Criminals, any Sexual or Violent Offender, Once found GUILTY, is to Serve - NO LESS than 15 Years for first Offence, NO PAROLE Period. As a second time or in many cases, third, fourth, fifth and son on, offender. A Sentence of NO LESS than Natural Life is to be Served, again NO PAROLE Period.

If the person is a Person of Authority, example. Child Protection, Police, Church, Teacher, Foster Carer, or any Person who is the Authorized Person to take Care and Protect a Child. And they offend against the Child. They will be given No Less than 30 Years as a Penalty, with NO PAROLE.

Too many Children in are being Abused and very little is being done.

It is up to every Citizen of New Zealand and the World to Help Us.

DEMAND HARSHER PENALTIES !
