The fishermen's protest in 2017 against STP2 gathered 450 boats and thousands of fishermen. Did the Penang government listen then? No. Just to enrich a few people for a few years, they are willing to "sacrifice" the fishermen and our future. 

The reclamation in the north is ongoing - STP2 260 acres and Gurney Wharf 130 acres. Before that is even finished, the Penang State Government wants to reclaim 4,500 acres in the south. 

This is wrong in so many ways.
Oppressing the fishermen. Killing marine life.
Environmental destruction. Aggravating climate change. 
Escalating property overhang. (Sea) Land Grabbing. Corruption.
