Reject Penang South Reclamation Project -- March to Parliament on 11th July 2019 

Greetings. We would like to invite you to the March to Parliament calling for the cancellation of the proposed Penang South Reclamation project.  The reclamation project which covers 4,500 acres of the sea in the southern part of Penang Island will cause adverse impacts to the surrounding environment, socio-economy and livelihoods of fishermen in Penang and Perak.

Coastal fishers from Penang and Perak along with NGO representatives will be assembling and marching to the Parliament to voice their objections and submit petitions and memoranda to the Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir and several Ministers.
