Make law to hang or capital punishment for rapist, in public
The Issue
We keep talking about educating Boys/Men to respect women. But, years of education and campaigns have shown no results. We should have a law and punishment such a way that anyone who thinks of assault/rape of a girl/woman should be reminded of the punishment they see/hear that a criminal gets.
So, we request you to kindly make the law more stringent and make the punishment as a lesson for all the filthy minds.
We hear more about cases where a Girl/Woman is assaulted by Unknown persons. In 2017, 32559 cases of Rape were recorded across India. Of which, 30299 cases were where Offender was known to Victim. That is, 93% of Rapists are known to victims. Source: NCRB

We have been hearing that measures are taken, SHE Teams are formed, girls/boys are educated and so on. But if you three years' data released by NCRB, you find the cases(Crimes against Women (IPC + SLL) reported have only gone up.
2015 - 329243
2016 - 338954
2017 - 359849

That means what we are doing is not enough.
In 2017, Rape cases registered by Female below 18 were 30.4% of total cases of rape. So, 1 in 3 victim is not even an Adult. She has to live(if alive after assault) her whole life with this past, knowing her Offender is still out there, alive in most cases and free in some.
This bring me to Recidivism(Repeat Offenders). While I couldnt directly find Repeat Sex Offenders related data, but overall(Crime) 5.6% persons arrested were repeat offenders.

That means these monsters have the audacity to comment the crime, after punishment. Is their life more valuable than the lives of innocent Girls/Women?
Can we not take a (tough) decision now to stop these increasing crimes against women? Arent we answerable to our future generations?
Please consider this plea and make the change.
