People care more about social media rather than the Education system.

It's sad to know that the people of India care more about social media and other useless stuff that ain't gonna help in the development of nation, rather than betterment of the Education system. This petition : Indian Government: Don't Censor Facebook! has 46,993 supporters but the petition on education system have never crossed 100 supporters, why is that? Ignorance or Stupidity?
