Hi, this isn’t actually an ‘update’ but knowing that many have difficulty explaining and/or maybe understanding why people with MS might elect to undergo HSCT, I thought I’d share the ‘spur’ that jolted me into  looking at HSCT around 4 years ago. It is a 2014 story from an episode of Australia’s ‘TodayTonight‘ program. If you haven’t seen it before it could be quite surprising, otherwise and either way it’s a good look at HSCT for MS ... as it almost happened ... in Australia.

P.S. any other video that follows this may be totally unrelated to HSCT, many ‘stem cell’ therapies are advertised on YouTube but often they are not Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant ... chemotherapy is key to the HSCT procedure.
