The Triple Lock is back in the headlines – help us ensure that frozen pensioners are not forgotten

Prime Minister Burnham’s recent announcement of plans to reform the Triple Lock has brought the future of the UK State Pension firmly back into national conversation.
But while the Government debates how state pensions should increase in the years ahead, more than 400,000 British pensioners living overseas, including my 101-year-old Mum Anne, continue to miss out on annual increases altogether.
Now we need your help to make sure frozen pensioners are not forgotten.
Please use this link to ask your MP to support an international cross-party open letter calling on the Prime Minister and the UK Government to address the UK’s frozen pensions policy – it takes just a minute of your time.
My Mum served her country during the Second World War and paid into the UK system, yet her State Pension has been frozen for more than 20 years. With pensions once again at the centre of national debate, this letter represents an important opportunity to demonstrate growing international support for ending this longstanding injustice.
By using this link, you can ask your MP to please add their name to support the international call to end the frozen pensions policy for all affected pensioners.
As always, thank you for standing with my Mum and the hundreds of thousands of British pensioners affected by this injustice. Your continued support means the world to us.
With heartfelt thanks,
Gill
