If you haven’t already, you can still use this link to ask your MP to support next week’s international summit for my 101-year-old Mum, Anne. It takes under a minute.
I know I asked this a few days ago, and many of you did act - thank you to each and every one of you who did, it means a lot and it is working.
This is just a quiet follow-up ahead of next week, while there’s still a small window to make a difference.
We’re now just days away from something genuinely unusual in Parliament: senior diplomats from affected countries like Canada, Australia, South Africa and the Falklands coming together in one place to focus on frozen pensions, alongside MPs from across the House. This will be a message that the Government can’t ignore: affected countries united in saying this can’t continue.
At 101, my Mum will be addressing them again. And the more MPs who are aware and engaged before it happens, the stronger that moment becomes.
If you’ve already contacted your MP, thank you, it really does make a difference.
If you haven’t yet, and have a minute today, you can do it here.
No pressure at all, just a small ask at an important moment.
Thank you, as always, for being part of this.
