On August 12th 2015, OSOF handed over our 16,265 signature petition to Green MP Denise Roche, in a Reusable string bag from "Rethink Reusable Fresh Produce Bags" as a symbolic gesture. Thanks to all of your support, our petition has been referred to the Local Government & Environment Committee and we have been asked to appear at an oral hearing on November 5th 2015 to put forward a case for the Government to implement a ban on single-use plastic bags.
