I thank everyone of you wonderful people from the bottom of my heart and my son David who uses the centre would hug and kiss you all for your support and compassion. But for this campaign to make a difference, we have to influence the Wirral councillors who are being misled about the laughable private sector alternatives which are wholly unsuitable. Please, please, please email your councillors as listed earlier to register your objections and to demand continued Girtrell operation until real credible alternates are tabled, consulted upon and agreed as acceptable. Wirral councillors are already booking their Summer holidays but carers CAN'T !!!!!!! Simply for retention of the existing service until there is substance to any potential replacement.
