Petition Against Minor Driving, Street Animals Blocking Roads, and Reckless Stunt Videos on Roads

We, the undersigned citizens of India from Shrikanwartara Public Higher Secondary School, Mandleshwar of Madhya Pradesh are deeply concerned about the increasing road accidents and traffic chaos caused by minors driving vehicles, stray animals blocking roads, and individuals creating social media content while performing dangerous stunts on public roads. These issues not only compromise public safety but also lead to significant loss of life and property.

1. Against Minor Driving

Recently, a tragic incident in Pune involving a Porsche driven by a minor resulted in the death of two engineers. This incident underscores the severe consequences of allowing minors to drive. Minors lack the maturity and experience required to handle vehicles safely, leading to increased risks of accidents.

Solution:
We urge the government to strictly enforce the legal driving age and implement stringent penalties for violations. Additionally, educational campaigns in schools about the dangers of minor driving and enhanced parental accountability can help mitigate this issue.

2. Street Animals Blocking Roads

Street animals, particularly cows and dogs, often wander onto roads, causing significant traffic disruptions and accidents. This not only endangers the lives of the animals but also poses serious risks to drivers and pedestrians.

Solution:
We request the implementation of a comprehensive animal control program that includes regular monitoring, sheltering stray animals, and promoting animal birth control measures. Municipalities should be equipped with the resources to swiftly remove animals from busy roads and provide them with safe, designated areas.

3. Reckless Stunt Videos on Roads

The trend of creating social media content by performing stunts on roads has become a major concern. Such acts not only endanger the individuals involved but also distract other drivers, leading to accidents and traffic congestion.

Solution:
We call for stricter enforcement of traffic laws against performing stunts on public roads. Social media platforms should be encouraged to remove such content and discourage its promotion. Public awareness campaigns highlighting the dangers and legal consequences of such actions can also help reduce these incidents.
