As someone deeply invested in transportation advocacy, I observe with deep concern the proposition to shut down the Northstar Commuter Rail. This decision, if implemented, could leave countless individuals stuck in traffic on inferior, slower means of transportation such as buses, effectively crippling their daily commute.
