I am an ardent animal lover and advocate, and it breaks my heart to see any creature suffer. There is a cat in Ontario, Canada that is on the brink of being returned to a home where she has been neglected. This situation is personal for me because I believe that animals, who cannot speak for themselves, need us as their voice.

The cat in question has been living in conditions that are far from ideal. She has not received proper care or attention and her health has suffered as a result.
